TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of £40 will be taken for cupcake/craft party bookings and soft play bookings.
Full payment will be taken TWO WEEKS before the party or hire. Failure to pay at this time will mean you will lose your deposit and the party will not go ahead, as I need this time to prep for the parties.
The deposit of £40 is NON-REFUNDABLE at ANYTIME. Please be fully aware that if you cancel at any time you will not receive your deposit back under any circumstances.
Deposit must be paid on the same day of booking, failure to pay your deposit, will mean your booking has not been made and the date will still be available for anyone to book.
The deposit will be deducted from your final payment.
If a party is being held at your home or another location, excluding All Things Nice and Glyn Hall, then a travel fee will apply. This fee will vary depending on the location of the party.
Cupcake/Cake classes and toddler groups will need to be paid in full at time of booking, again, this is NON-REFUNDABLE if you should cancel at ANYTIME.
If you have ordered a topper and wish for it to be sent by post, firstly, toppers need to be paid in full at time of booking. Toppers take seven WORKING days to make, as they are made from scratch i.e. made to order and need time to dry before travel.
All toppers are sent 1st class signed for via Royal Mail. They are boxed and wrapped securely with fragile stickers but unfortunately, I have no control once they are with Royal Mail. If you have any problems once your toppers are delivered, then please contact me to try and get it rectified straight away.
Refunds are NOT available as this is a made to order product.
